Director of Public and Analyst Relations

As the Director of Public and Analyst Relations at Mitel I successfully increased Mitel's visibility within the North American markets, established company and channel-wide vehicles of communication, and accelerated brand visibility in the market. Additional core contributions I had at Mitel included:

- Managing all facets of the corporate communications department
- Setting corporate and departmental strategic communications objectives
- Launching a monthly corporate newsletter (distributed to over 600 resellers worldwide, 1600+ employees, and key Mitel stakeholders  
   such as the Board of Directors)
- Launching a wildly successful product placement program (Mitel phones placed in hundreds of Hollywood movies and primetime
   television shows)
- Overseeing product testing logistics (results appearing in trade publications)
- Developing speakers bureau for executive management and preparing executive presentations
- Working closely with sales and marketing personnel, resellers and customers to ensure comprehensive enterprise testimonials for the
  media and analysts community
- Managing NY-based public relations agency
