As Director of Public and Analyst Relations at NewHeights Software I was responsible for launching their first-ever corporate communications department. During my time with NewHeights my contributions to the company included:

- Establishing global relationships with reporters and industry analysts
- Managing the communications activities around the acquisition of MKC Networks
- Launching a new corporate Web site
- Providing competitive intelligence on market competitors and industry trends to management and key departments
- Formulating corporate and product external messaging strategies and content
- Launching company-wide internal market update newsletter
- Working with partners and customers to develop a consistent, on-going news release cycle
Highlights of value delivered include:
- Bringing Bell Canada and Nortel Networks together with NewHeights for a product launch of the Bell Canada Personal Communications Manager (see news release below)
- NewHeights named one of Canada's 30 Best Places to work - (see pictures below)
- Feature on NewHeights and its CEO in Canadian Business Magazine (see pictures below)
- Implemented industry analyst summit – brought together over 12 industry analysts with Wesley Clover companies for day-long summit in Ottawa.
